We want you to wear your Writer's Era merchandise with absolute confidence. While we maintain stringent quality checks prior to dispatch, we acknowledge that rare errors in fulfillment can occur.

Conditions for Exchange

Exchange is available, but ONLY if specific conditions are met. We strictly do not entertain return or exchange requests for a "change of mind" or "buyer's remorse."

You are eligible to request an exchange if, and only if, one of the following criteria is satisfied:

• Size Issue: The size you received drastically differs from our standard sizing chart, or you require a different size for a proper fit.
• Wrong Color Delivered: The color of the merchandise delivered does not match the specific color you selected during checkout.
• Wrong Size Delivered: The size printed on the merchandise tag does not match the size you officially ordered.
• Defective Product: The item arrived with a verifiable manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To ensure a smooth exchange process, you must strictly follow these steps:

1. Contact Us Within 48 Hours: You must reach out to our WhatsApp support (+91 8876233120) within exactly 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
2. Provide Evidence: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect, the wrong color, or the sizing discrepancy, alongside an image of the original invoice and packaging.
3. Wait for Authorization: Our team will review the evidence. Once authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
4. Dispatch: The item must be shipped back to us within 3 business days of receiving authorization.

Please note that if the required conditions are not met, or if the 48-hour window is missed, Writer's Era reserves the right to reject the exchange request entirely.
